Two weeks on from the Assen round, where the QJMOTOR Factory Racing Team made its 2026 WorldSSP debut, riders Raffaele De Rosa and Marcos Ramirez are set to return to the track at Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary.
After moving in on the points zone in the Dutch races, the two riders will continue with the track development of the SRK800RS, a bike that already proved to have great potential last season, on its debut.
Both the Italian rider and the Spaniard, who has just competed in Moto2 at Jerez, will try to exploit the practice session to find the best setup for their bikes, so as to be competitive in the weekend’s races and with the goal of becoming regular points finishers.
Located in a tourist area adjacent to Lake Balaton, the Balaton Park Circuit offers 48 garages, VIP areas, a large media centre, a medical centre and two support paddocks in addition to the main paddock. The track, which hosted the production-derived series for the first time last year, was constructed in accordance with the highest safety standards and is complete with “Tecpro” barriers. The track measures 4.115 km in length with a total of 16 turns, six right and ten left. Pole position is to the left.

“We’re gearing up for three rounds, one after the other, and this will be useful in giving us more time on the SRK800RS so that we can work on development. The Balaton track is not one of my favourites, but we have some ideas to improve the setup that we found at Assen and so I’m confident we can achieve good results. Both the team and QJMOTOR are working hard on our bike which means we are optimistic as we look to the future.”

“I’m ready to take on my second WorldSSP round with the SRK800RS. Last weekend I took part in the Moto2 world championship round at Jerez, which helped to keep me in training and prepare for the Balaton races. I can’t wait to get out on track in Hungary and work with my team to unluck our bike’s full potential.”
